•     It occurs when we do many task at a time or pc ram get overloaded.

•     There are two method to solve this problem

                          1.Temporary method

         2.Permanent method

•     1.Temporary Method

• We remove ram from motherboard and clean perfectly and put it in again in motherboard.And our pc get started.This is known as temporary method.

• 2. Permanent method

• To apply permanent method follow these steps which is given below:-

Step1. Go to start and type run in search box.

           Otherwise press (ctrl + r) to open run.

Step2. Type cmd in run box and press enter                  otherwise click     on ok button. One command prompt open in your desktop

Step3. In your command prompt write ‘verifier’ and press enter.

One new windows open in your desktop

Step4. Choose option –“Create custom settings for code developer”.

Step5. Click on next button.

Step6. Checked all the given boxes.

Step7. Click on next button.

Step8. Click on next button again.

 Step9. Click on “Automatically select all drivers installed on the computer”.

Step10. Click on finish button.

Step11. Restart your pc.After restarting your pc it take some time for “Preparing Automatic Repair and Diagnosing your PC.”

Step13. Click on Advanced option

Step14. “Choose an Option” option shown in your windows screen

Step15.Click on troubleshoot option. Troubleshoot option shown in your windows screen

Step16. Click on Advanced options. “Advanced options” option shown in your windows screen

Step17. Click on Start-up Settings. Start-up Setting option shown in your windows screen

Step18. Click o restart option.After restarting your windows. Start-up Settings option shown in your windows screen

Step19. Press 4 key from your keyboard to start your windows in safe mode.After that your windows is open in safe mode.

Step20. Open run (ctrl + r) and type cmd to open command prompt and type ‘verifier’.

Step21. Choose an option “Delete existing settings” and click on finish button.

Step22. After that allow it to do this changes by clicking yes option on your windows screen option.

Step23. And allow to restart your windows.

Step24. Restart your pc.

After doing these steps your blue screen problem is removed for forever.
